Google Docs or Google Sheets?

Sheets is easier for schedules, call times and contact lists, and for keeping every shoot day in one file. Docs gives you more control over the layout of a one-page call sheet. Templates for both show up in the results.

Who should get the call sheet?

Everyone working that day: cast, crew and anyone visiting the set. It holds phone numbers and addresses, so share it only with them: set the link to specific people, not to "Anyone with the link".

Can I use these templates for a paid production?

Each template belongs to whoever shared it. Most are shared to be reused, but check the file for a note about its license. See our disclaimer.
