JPG to PDF under 100 KB, 200 KB or 500 KB
Put photos of your certificates, mark sheets or other documents into one PDF that fits the size limit of your application form. Everything happens on your device: your photos are never uploaded.
How to make a PDF under 200 KB from photos
- Tap Choose photos and pick the photos of your documents. Each photo becomes one page.
- Put them in order with the arrows. Use ⟳ to turn a photo that came out sideways, and ✕ to take one out.
- Choose the size limit your form asks for, such as 100 KB, 200 KB or 500 KB, or type another one.
- Tap Make PDF, wait a few seconds and then tap Download PDF.
The tool tries the sharpest version first and makes the photos smaller only as much as it needs to, so you get the best quality that fits the limit.
Tips for photos of documents
- Put the document on a flat, dark surface and take the photo from straight above, in daylight and without your shadow on it.
- Get close enough for the document to fill the photo: less background means a sharper page.
- If the PDF has many pages and a low limit, the text can come out blurry. Check every page before you upload it.
Why the PDF passes both ways of counting KB
Some websites count a kilobyte as 1,000 bytes and others as 1,024. The tool keeps your PDF under the limit counted with 1,000 bytes, so a 200 KB limit means at most 200,000 bytes, which is also under 200 KB when a site counts 1,024.
If it doesn't fit the limit
- Tick Black and white: without colour the file gets noticeably smaller, and most documents read just as well.
- Use fewer photos: many forms want one PDF per document, such as one for the mark sheet and one for the caste certificate.
- Check the notification: the limit is sometimes higher than you think, such as 500 KB or 1 MB.

Frequently asked questions
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is made in your browser, on your device. Your photos are never sent to dedigger or anyone else.
Can I use PNG or screenshots?
Yes. Any photo your browser can open works. Inside the PDF the pages are saved as JPG, which keeps the file small.
A photo won't open. What can I do?
Some phones save photos in formats that not every browser can read, such as HEIC. Save or share the photo as JPG first, then add it again.
